Got the right part just from showing them pictures, got a same day delivery after stripping the part from the car. Definitely using them again if I have other issues.

I was looking for a gear lever for an old Porsche, and wanted something stock and in good condition, without having to spend OEM prices. Joumasecars had a brand-new-25year old gear lever – in excellent condition – and all pictures were accurate, for 70% of the OEM price. I highly recommend them.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! Parts were ordered with detailed photographs, and yet wrong parts were received, TWICE… when asked for refund sales person was very arrogant, all requested documentation was sent along with completed Refund Form, this was done on 8 February 2024 and was told that refund will take 7-14 working day to process as STATED ond the REFUND FORM. we are still waiting for the refund and not one person is answering the phones NOT EVEN THE SALES PERSON . I am facing a loss of R10500.00 for parts that actually only cost R5000.00

I was skeptical @ 1st but u outdone my expectation in the market where fraudulent people are all over. Keep up the good work. All my parts arrived as I ordered them.

My rating for this company is 10/10, Great Online purchase experience ever…the level of professionalism and communication is on another level. I received the item i ordered in same condition as I saw it on the picture. Thank you so much joumasecars.
