The roots of minimalism can be traced back to ancient
Greece and Rome.Lucius Annaeus Seneca, also known as
Seneca the Younger, was a Roman philosopher, playwright,
and statesman. He is best known for his essays and letters
written in Latin.
Seneca was a minimalist who believed in living a simple,

gain traction — which leads us to the current times. Here
